Description
The Tahrir Complex was built in 1951 under a royal commission, as the first administrative building with government offices, under the name “Government Complex”.
It consists of 14 floors with a 58,000 square-meter built-up area, and 1,356 rooms.
It will be developed and repurposed into a multi-use complex by the winning US Consortium which consists of three major global expert companies, the US Global Ventures Group, US Oxford Capital Group, and Al-Otaiba Investment Company.

Description
The Bab al-Azab area occupies the lower part of the Salah al-Din Citadel, opposite al-Rumaila Square, a school, Sultan Hassan Mosque, and al-Rifai Mosque.
For hundreds of years, Bab Al-Azab was the main entrance to the citadel until Muhammad Ali built the new door opposite the present-day Al-Hataba area.
In collaboration with Bidyat, TSFE is working to transform it into the first integrated creativity zone in the Middle East and Africa.
