TSFE General Assembly Approves Financial Statements

The Prime Minister chaired the General Assembly meeting of The Sovereign Fund of Egypt for Investment and Development, in the presence of Dr. Ziad Bahaa El-Din, former Deputy Prime Minister and member of the Fund’s General Assembly; Dr. Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of Planning, Economic Development, and International Cooperation; Eng. Hassan El-Khatib, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade; and Eng. Tarek Kabil, former Minister of Industry and member of the Fund’s General Assembly. H.E. Ahmed Kouchouk, Minister of Finance, also participated via video conference.

During the meeting, the Fund’s financial statements were approved, along with a dividend distribution policy for state-owned companies transferred to the Fund. This reflects enhanced governance and the achievement of sustainable returns on state-owned assets.
