TSFE
The Sovereign Fund of Egypt signs several agreements with major investors in the field of green hydrogen production in Egypt

Under the umbrella of the collaborative effort between Ministry of Electricity & Renewable Energy, the Suez Canal Economic zone (SCZONE) and TSFE, the fund continues to offer and create new opportunities in the field of green hydrogen, especially as it has become one of the most important sectors in the world.

The fund is one of several that will be established in the sector with the objective of creating a diversified healthcare platform that benefits from the ever-growing population in Egypt in need of various healthcare services. The fund also targets the creation of international export oriented healthcare entities covering the various activities, the unlocking of value in promising growth companies, under-utilized assets and untapped specialties to be able to capitalize on Egypt’s unique location and relatively lower services and production costs to serve Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

These partnerships are a translation to the state’s integrated strategy to diversify energy sources and localize green hydrogen production with all its components covering upstream and downstream stages, with the aim of transforming Egypt into a regional green energy hub. TSFE’s objective is to maximize the use of Egypt’s renewable energy resources in partnership with global specialized developers, whereby the goals and strategy of The Sovereign Fund of Egypt are realized.
